What Is The Medical Treatment For Asthma

A U.S. study has found that treatments introduced in the past ten years have dramatically improved the way childhood asthma is managed. Researchers say that children treated in 2004-2007 were less likely to need oral steroids, or to need their rescue inhaler than children treated in the mid 1990s. The key may be better preventive medications such as inhaled corticosteroids, the study’s author suggests.
