FDA Approves Asthma Drug Dulera

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved the combination asthma drug Dulera. The inhaler is approved for people age 12 and older, and contains a combination of a beta agonist and a corticosteroid, much like Advair and Symbicort. Drugmaker Merck says the medication should be available at pharmacies by the end of July.
