Hello to my fellow BiPo's! Six weeks ago, while recovering from the stroke she had last March 20th, my wife broke her wrist while taking out the garbage can. Actually, the doctor used the word "shattered". She went into surgery the next day to have two pins set in place. The next day she is in the...

she will have her "ups" and her "downs" winston... recovery from something as severe as a stroke and now with the shattered wrist.. will not be overnight but, you know that

she has come a long way since you posted of her stroke initially... amazing isn't it?

though, just when she thinks she is doing well.. the wrist thing happens

i kinda have a sense as to the feeling

i was in a bad accident just 2.5 years ago and though I'm more mobile now.. it took a very long while to get to this ability and I still struggle with lingering affects - physical affects - the accident bore on me

it will likely be the same for her but she will progress... she will

keep the faith, hard I know but... He is with the 2 of you through this

I hope the house sells quickly and you get what you've asked if not more so... and hoping the move to Florida is smooth one

I'm glad to know your meds are working and you've found the right "mix" and you just keep plugging away on that as well

when you get settled again... post again

and let us know how things are moving along

Thanks for the response. The first cast is off, and the second cast is off. Because of the kind of break it was, her left wrist is a little "off", but functions and she is grateful. We had an open house this Sunday, so keep us in your prayers. I'll post later.

    peace in His love,
