Seoquel weaning off week 9

Well, I am finally down to 100mg.  Come Wed I will go down to 50mg.  So pretty much in two weeks I will be completely off of Seroquel.  The closer I get, the more nervous I get.  I have been weepy and crying alot because one of my Boston Terriers past away.  I just hope one has nothing to do with the other.  I worry so much that 2400mg of Trileptal won't be enough.  ON the good side,  I have lost just under 30 pounds, and hope to lose 20 more.  This has taken 9 weeks, and I look and feel so much better.  That will put me back to 150 before Seroquel.  I so miss BipolarConnect that you will probably start seeing me more.  Oh no...is this a promise or a threat?!!  Hugs and Prayers to all with this Disorder, and their families.
