    I'm glad you posted this.  I don't often see this type of post here.. a lot of folks have a generalized misperception that those with Bipolar can not sustain relationships and you've been with your husband for 30 years.. whew.  You are very fortunate to have him.

    A lot of people say it but not so many mean it.  Some of us are very lucky that our spouses see the good and hold on through bad times.  He knows how good you are.  He knows that the phases are temporary.  He loves you unconditionally.  I'm sure you give him a lot as well.  It takes two to hold it together.
