I was just reading various postings on the website about bipolar. I have suffered mood disorders for most of my remembered life, but have refused to take any perscription meds (though often recomended) I just wanted to inform people about this amazing book I happened to pick up about alternative approaches (it disscussed Omega 3's and 6's, amoung other things). It is 'Healing Deprission & bipolar disorder without drugs" By Gracelyn Guyol. It is about her own and other peoples' experiences with mood disorders and their jouneys and what helped them. It was nice to read a book that didn't preach about "the only way to..." cure.

thanks so much john. I fell very appreciative and am very supportive of you attending this conference. If I can help pleas let me know. I have been bipolar for at least 15 years, when you back is against the wall, everyday you must go forward. I have good days and bad days. It is extemely hard for my husband and son. I HAVE BEEN MARRIED 25 YEARS AS OF MARCH 6, 2007. I BEAT THE ODDS, if I can live to be 47 years of age with rapid cycling, anyone can do it.

Stay brave, I need You! I appreciate all that you are doing for this monster disease if you let it>Don't.

Sincerely,

McCuefamly1@Verizon.net.
