Question of the Week - How Much of a Jock Are You?

By John McManamy, Health Guide Thursday, February 18, 2010

It suddenly occurred to me, sitting here watching the Winter Olympics: Exercise is really important to our mental health. It creates endorphins, raises serotonin, grows brain cells, calms the mind, and can actually boot us out of a depression. The catch is you need to find a physical activity you love, or at least are willing to tolerate long enough to achieve some results. Question:

What do you do for exercise? What tricks do you employ to keep you motivated? What kind of a difference has it made in your mental health?
