I have a confession to make: I fail miserably at happiness. So, I suspect, do just about all of us. It's something we all badly want, but very rarely attain. To me, happiness does not necessarily equate with fun or pleasurable times or sense of accomplishment. When it happens, it tends to sneak up on me, alone, when my mind is still. Then I feel a sense of grace, a feeling of peace, a calm quiet joy.
Question: What does being happy mean to you? Please share your experiences.
