Do you ever have one of those weeks where you feel you have just been treading water? That’s kinda the way my last seven days have gone - wake up, go to sleep, stuff happens in between. If the world is a stage, maybe a good deal of life is an intermission.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that. But I can’t help but wonder: Will the curtain rise for the next act?
Then there is that other consideration: Are the doldrums a prelude to depression? We hear a lot about weathering the storm, but how about riding out the calm? Let’s see if I can make a question out of this:
How do you handle those uneventful times in your life?
Are you content to just be? Do you feel you need to go out of your way to seek excitement? Do you find yourself sliding into depression?
