my daughter has been suffering with something all week... she received a Flu Shot back in November

some reports read are saying the Flu vaccine this year only covered 3 of the known strains, while apparently there are 4 floating about this season

AND that the shot only works up to about 80-90% efficacy.  Meaning, you can still CATCH THE FLU.. you just won't be as severe with the symptoms or duration as someone who didn't get the shot.

Oh, and I love the thing of where the Flu Vaccine takes upwards of 2 weeks to fully build in the bloodstream so, you can catch the Flu within those 2 weeks and have it at full gale.

Not that any of this is likely helping you and not certain why I am rambling but... back on the train track we are to be heading down....

caregiving for one who is sick and very dependent on you to care for them... and you are the one with Bipolar or any other form of cyclic episodic mental illness, comprising of mood swings and emotional upheaval and chaos...

NOT sleeping well, under stress of tending to the sick person, taking on the extra duties perhaps that the one who is sick normally takes care of IN addition to perhaps the duties you yourself handle, etc... can do a dozy on your mental stability as well.

Add in that perhaps you, yourself, are feeling "under the weather" on top of... oh vey!!

thought I'd just slip that in Wink

hope you get to feeling better John Smile
