  1. Is it too late?

    My son will be 23 in May.  I believe he is Bipolar and have thought so for about three years.  The problem is that even though he is aware that he is depressed, but doesn't see the other symptoms of Bipolar and he won't seek help for it.  He also has SAD, which he also recognizes, yet won't even use the light therapy lamp I bought for him.

     

    What do I do?
