I'm headed out the door in the next few minutes for San Diego Airport, thence off to Pittsburgh for the Eighth International Conference on Bipolar Disorder. A few days later I touch down in CT for a family visit, then back to CA.
I hate travel. As well as everything everyone else hates about travel, I have to put up with the disruptions to my sleep and the time zone changes, plus live according to other people's schedules - all which pose a huge challenge to my illness.
Summer is travel season for a lot of you, so my question of the week is:
