Listen up, gang. I've got three great shareposts planned for January. The catch is I don't have a clue what they will contain. I badly need your input. This week's Question is in three parts. Here goes:
1. If a newly-diagnosed individual asked you what ten things he or she needs to know about his or her condition, what would you tell that person? (Don't feel you need to come up with a list of ten, but please don't feel you have to stop at ten, either.)
2. Resolutions: Ten things you'll do this year. (Again, "ten" is only a guideline.)
3. Gut-check time: Ten (okay, three or six or eight) things you'll do this month.
To the BipolarConnect community, I am deeply indebted to your wisdom and insight and the attachments I have formed here. May the new year deepen our bond ...
