to whom this may concern, I'm Christine In Cleveland and have had bi-polar at least 12 yrs. now and they still can't get my meds right, do I need a new shrink? Please throw me some feedback,soon.

Christine, in addition to your meds, do you also see a therapist and practice Cognitive Behavorial Therapy? Try Dr Scott Bea at the Cleveland Clinic. He is an excellent therapist trained in CBT and would be able to recommend a doctor who could adjust your meds if necessary.
