About Me

I am a 43 yr. old white male who has been diagnosed and living with bipolar disorder  since my early twenties.  I am not pleased or eager to tell about many of the life choices I have made.  I have had a on going problem (addiction) with street drugs ( pot , cocaine and alcohol. ) since before my bipolar diagnosis and to the present.  I know that my life could have been so much better and my bipolar more manageable, had I never used drugs.  I share this because I hope that anyone who is not already drinking and druging will not start.  I am clean and sober today.
