Hi my name is Nikki and I am a 27 year old mother of two beautiful little girls who are 2 and 3. I am having trouble dealing with my Bipolar right now...We just moved here from another state and the job I moved for went on a hiring freeze as soon as I got here and my husband transfered to his job and it seems like everything is falling apart since we moved.....I would love some advice or suggestions from anyone who even bothers to read these. I am taking Welbutrin, Zoloft, Lamictal and Seroquel, but I have been with out them for about a week and a half and am at a loss as to what to do next. I dont have the finances to cover the meds because I still havent found a job and I have applyed to several with no luck....I have tried crisis lines and noone will help me and I even tried the pharmacutical companies because I heard that they help get meds too but they wouldnt help me either because I do have insurance and they onlly help those without insurance!!! I tell them that I am Bipolar and that I need my meds but noone will help, there isnt even a phsyciatrist in the area that will take me in because they have like 3 month wait lists and I tell them that I am out of meds and they dont care, my regular Dr that I found here wont perscribe them because they require that type of Dr and thats what I cant get into see for like 3 months but I dont understand what I am supposed to do in the mean time.... I am now having my "bad" thoughts again and it is scaring the crap out of me!!! The thought of leaving my girls stops me from doing it but I am scared that one of these times it wont. My husband doesnt seem to understnad and I have no friends here so I have noone to talk to. Any suggestions or advice for me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and have a great Thanksgiving!!
