Hello. I was just diagnosed with bipolar II. Everything that I have been struggling with since age 11 makes sense now. For the first time I feel hopeful about my future. I also feel relieved because I was so hard on myself for acting the way I do/did.....it wasn't my fault. This is my time to heal so here I am.
