Well. First you go to your doctor. You don't ask us because we are not physicians. You tell him why you want off Seroquel. Maybe it's the side effects, maybe it does't give you the results anticipated. And he will take you off slowly in a very measured way if he thinks it's approproate. But first you have to make the apointment with your prescribing physician.
