i am on all of my medications i take them at the same time every day, i excersise, watch my diet, chart my mood.. but i still have some very depressed days, i dont have any manic days, or any that i notice... but i still get very sad and down on myself... i started college in the fall and i am way to anxious to make new friends so i eat lunch by myself and am the loner on campus... any tips to help?? could i tbe the change in the season that is making me down and tired all the time?
