      <description>Right now, I am going through one of the most trying and toughest times of my life....personally (within my marriage), at work, and within myself.       <title>Living with Bipolar Disorder</title>
      <description>Hello all! I am new to the commmunity and have joined today. Sometimes I get very frustrated when I get really stressed, and I need to find a way to&amp;nbsp;stay calm without displaying my frustration on the outside, especially at work.&amp;nbsp;( I&amp;nbsp;do take Clonazepam as needed by the way).
