Hi, My name is Christi. I am new to the community. I just went back on meds after self medicating for 5 yrs. with alchohol. I was wondering if anyone else on here is taking Paxil and Geodon? Im having a hard time with it and was curious to know if its just the adjustment period or if it will get better...
Hello and welcome to the site. I havent personally had either of these meds but my dad who is also bp was on Geaden for 9 months before he had to come off of it.
He said that it made him feel really restless all the time and that he couldn't adjust to it at all.
Said it made him feel tired sometimes with a fuzzy head. He never look well on it either.
His pdoc took him off.

I don't believe I have taken Paxil. But I have tried Geodon a couple of different times. Both times it made me extremely restless (akathisia) even to the point of beling agitated. I couldn't sleep, etiher. And it made my bladder hurt all the time. Latuda is the antispychotic I am taking now, and it works great.
