I couln't afford meds either though I make enough. Just some meds are way expesive. I went to my county hospital where I signed an UMDAP (Universal Method of Determing (something)Payment) It workks for in-patient hospitalization, out patient med evals for psych and RX. I get Resperidol for 19 then normally I would pay target 200. The Pharmacy clerk at Target said "wow! you sure must have great insurance". Yeh well sort of. Try asking your local sliding scale clinic or your county hospital if they participate in that program. Also some Pharmaceutical Companies will give you meds for free. You need to call them and apply (I know, the ethics of charging 200 for med then getting plubicity for giving you meds for free is doubtfull but if you need the meds, ustilizing their squishy ethics may be necessary)
