About Me

hi i am a single mother of three,living in the uk i am 44 and also a grandmother of two ,i have had bi polar for as long as i can remember and was diagnosed in the early eighties,i have had many hospital stays and have tried many medications i am now back to lithium[re started it two weeks ago] which suits me best but as usual and madly when i am well the temptation to stop it sets in.i am currently recovering from three years of illness....i am on the mend at last
