hi, thanks everyone for answers and support. Let see, let me just ask what is at the top of my brain? can one be on only one medication for stabilization and for how long?  Say just for maintenance? or this doesnt work for long? For example, i am on depekine and seroquel and then when everything is going ok then only depekine? Do you have to have a mood stabilizer?  I take also The vitamins b complex, but it wasnt strong enough for my stress right now. Does anyone know if bi polars come in packs of two? haha, what i mean is there a study that married Bipolar couples usually are attracted to each other, (being bi polars) and others are boring, and the opposites are on a low minority?(say one is bipolar and the other is not)? If we are accustomed to a certain type of behavior from one of our parents and that parent is bipolar are we attracted to our present mate even though what we saw was negative? For example, my father had extreme mood swings, anger, and depression, controling, etc, would that have an effect on my choice and attraction to my present mate?  In trying to stabilize my anxiety from going sky high, i am looking for information on triggers.  This has to do with experience of good and bad things that happened in your life. How do I do this and do you think it is helpful?  If i do much on the net in reading and researching about something, sometimes i feel good and satisfied and sometimes i feel depressed and deflated..especially about medical things and trying to figure out how to fix me and others...haha Would you say that all this physcological stuff of diagnosis is how we live in the present age and years of stress bombarding us and never destressing and it has caused havoc on our nervous systems because we dont live on a farm? in the 1920's If you have a genetic disposition for something, studies now point to that you have the capibility to turn it off.  What do you think and how can we manage our bipolar illness without meds? Why doesnt our brain make the neurotransmitters that we need so we dont go into mania or depression? I think this is enough questions for now.
