A changing outlook, is the chinese Feng Shui of the mind but it is not automatically available to those who wait. It is a matter of housekeeping, it is of luck and of science, it is of faith and of God, it is all or nothing at all ... often outside of our grasp. In order to achieve mental wellness, one must make a conscious attempt to stop negative thoughts from occurring. Thoughts of harm will surely harm you and if given a lifetime of opportunity, will leech the very life force blood found within our veins. For a life desired is one that is not trailing behind the lives of others. And by our strength, we have the opportunity to make a difference by the thoughts we allow to manifest within our minds.

Tomorrow, the first day of you new life will be the difference. And as you make every attempt to rearrange your mental "furniture" with positive energy ... you will succeed.  In my mind, God has given me the opportunity to be that "life force" in remission and each time I look to the heavens ... I count my lucky stars.
