hi,i read your profile and noticed what you were and what you have became,there's alot of difference,i feel for you,i would like to hear this remark alot more,poeple with bi-polar have come so far,looked back and noticed the things in life they have lost,they have done,you have done good,keep your friends,value what you have achieved,move forward,never look back,well done cheers
YOU HAVE TRUELY SAID IT ALL !!!! YOU SOUND LIKE A GREAT PERSON/MY HUSBAND IS REALLY GOING THUR AN EPISODE RIGHT NOW---HE IS CURRENTLY IN THE HOSPITAL & HAS BEEN THER ALMOST 5 MONTHS. I'M GOING TO TAKE THIS TO THE HOSPITAL WITH ME & LET HIM READ IT B-4 HIS TREATMENTS!!!! THANKS YOU SO MUCH----BE STRONG!!!

Great poem! You're right, just because we are BiPolar, it doesn't make us weak. One needs to be strong to deal with it.
