Im a 32 year old living with bipolar disorder with psychotic features. I am on am an artist on social security, and my primary focus is on music writing, performance, recording, mixing and production... with a minor in album cover creation :) Im looking for fellow bps and practitioners to critique my music and perhaps suggest ways i could share it with a larger audience. I am a serious artist and i just finished production of my eigth studio album. I have a website with myspace at www.myspace.com/andrewmura thats a bit out of date. i would be very happy to email mp3s to those interested in hearing more, and i also offer the full albums on cd with hand assembled original covers and signed dated CDs for the price of shipping. i want to be clear im not looking to make a profit off of anyone. this is my therapy, and my sense of purpose, to share with others like me in the hopes that my music could be a healing experience. And if youre bipolar you know we are exceptional people, and i believe that giftedness extends to my music and lyrics. I have been sitting on my hands for some time waiting to share this music with my community. In fact, I have written an entire album for this very site and some members i met here. it is called Living With It and deals with many issues that BPs are challenged with. out of all my work i would really like to share that album with the people here, as that was always my intent from the inception of the project. and i think it may be my favorite of the albums i have finished. But im no critic... Hopefully you are! I welcome your feedback, and look forward to networking with new people and making new friends...
God Bless You All,
Andrew

So good to see you back on site again.....
I can testify to any who are curious that your music is so intense and uplifting along with revealing of what living with this bp disorder is really like. I have loved the songs that i have heard in the past and wanted to let everyone know how intensly heartfelt and from experience your songs come from. It always puts me in the mind of the album Pink Floyd The Wall...for the music doesn't just give us soothing and/or rhythmic sound it also tells us of the experiences of a fellow bp and how it affects the life of all involved with us.
You are amazing to do all the music yourself and then mix it together to make a song all from your singlehanded creation. You are truly blessed with a gift of music and expression and i can't wait to go on to you tube and listen to the new one!!!
Keep up the great work Andrew, your a very creative and inspirational person and miss hearing from you, email me sometime and let me know how life is treating you....
so glad you have new album out!!!
take care
