ok -- it's been 24 hrs. since i put down my cigarettes. i thought i would be climbin up the walls & so far so good. i've been scared to death to put them down becuz of all i'm goin thru right now in my life & the cigs have been my crutch for so long. my daughter will be so proud of me if i can accomplish this but i know i have to do this 4 myself.
