About Me

though i have just been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, i am no stranger to mental illness. for half of my life (it sometimes feels longer) i have suffered from depression. after two failed suicide attempts, i ended up being hospitalized for three months. that was three years ago, and i just got my diagnosis. im pretty scared, and i have no idea what to expect. will i start to even out immediately? i dont know what to do. i hope i can meet people to help me.
