On Lithium 20 years

Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 11:11 PMI have been sucessfully on Lithium 20 years now and only toxic X3. This last one only last week 3 times its normal, I was dx with an infection and DM. It crept up under the guize of Med SE as we see now. Question, how can I tell sooner the toxic levels! It goes down in 4-5 days with water. the MD says. I need to know, since it is me who usually catchs being off first/ or my husband.

I have not been on for a while, but I am always drawn...
I had my first bought of delusions on the 31 of september. It was scary.
Does this happen alot with this illness?
I dont know what caused it either .
