Hey Nutter,

First things first...you need to settle your butt down and not do anything rash. My suggestion would be to get on the phone with your therapist & or psychiatrist and get some help, thats what their there for.

I think a simple med adjustment is on order and if your using (alcohol or drugs), you may want to consider getting help for that now also.

The worst thing you could do at this point is to react on your emotions as they are all over the place and sending mixed messages. You have some understanding of the consequences so just cool your heels. Let us know how you turn out.

Crisis on and off is something most of us experience. We need to take life one day or one hour or even one moment at a time when we are overwhelmed for one reason or another.--Please don't choose to destroy what you have worked hard to accomplish for so many years.-We just have to stop and think, "How do I problem solve this situation, or do I need to speak to a professional who can help me problem solve." Never give up, make an appointment with someone who can help. Many people have helped me and I must stop to take time to support you too.
