When I was 21 I was diagnosed with atypical psychosis. Now at 44 I have been re-diagnosed with bipolar disorder II. I have had many situations to deal with around breakdowns and wish to share them and discuss these with someone who has also had them. They have been debilitating in my life. Concentration is very difficult at the time, anxiety is extremely painful and I feel out of control. I usually have to take time away from work which effects me a lot. I wish to heal from these 23 years of suffering through these episodes. If anyone wishes to discuss these kinds of situations I would appreciate the opportunity for dialogue.
