Hi Gayla,

I'm Karen and I live in South Carolina. I have had bipolar disorder for years - i am now 46 yrs old. i have a desire to speak to groups to break down the stigma surrounding mental illness. How did you get started speaking to the various groups you mentioned? Particularly schools?
