    Totally.  Spring cleaning & organizing did it for me - I got on a roll & did get a high from it.  Moving some furniture, to a lesser degree - it was more of a creative release, as writing is for me - it actually helped to organize my thoughts & put my mind at ease; as does writing To Do lists, putting it all on paper so that the ideas don't keep swimming around my brain. 

     

    We are considering doing some renovations.  It's just painting and new rugs, and a couple new fixtures in the bathrooms.  Usually, the thought is too overwhelming for me, though - overrides the potential emotional and creative benefits.  Heck, I know of several 'well' people whose renovations were just plain stressful.  So of course, that also deters me...
