Hi All.

Yesterday I discovered that my cable modem was not getting enough power from the splitter in the living room.  This has been the only place I have ever used the computer, but I do have a port upstairs, and yes, it has more power.  Fortunately it is an old Dell laptop and easily moved.

BUT!  I am not a teenager lying on her bed typing.  And I'm not going to move the monster desk with eons of clutter attached upstairs.  So I am moving my kids' unused desk into my room.  This forces me to clean up all the dirt and clutter from the last two depressions (not pretty).

Here's my question:  Does anybody get really creative when they start moving furniture?  Especially when it involves mandatory cleaning?  Like the moldy bologna and cheese sandwich under the bed?

And if the cable modem had not acted up, would I still be sitting downstairs, barely typing?  I'll admit, Since yesterday afternoon, I cannot tear myself away from here.  Do you think the moving sparked the the...oh, lets say it...hypomanic urge to write/move furniture/clean house/reallyreally want to stay up past bedtime??
