My lithium has was increased a few days ago (only been on it for 5 weeks). Today is the first day in a long time I have not thought about death or wanting to die. Now I am entering a hypomanic state and I shall ride this beautiful wave as long as it lasts (which I hope is forever).
Today has been a very up and down day. I have spoken on the phone with my therapist. I am sick and tired of my brain and the cycling. I started Lithium 3 weeks ago, and I feel no effect yet. Has anyone on the list used ALLSUP to help them obtain SSD? I have my appeal coming up, and Social Security still have not sent anything to my Doctors to fill out (again). If you used ALLSUP were they helpful? Please respond to me privately. Thank you.
