Yesterday, I lowered the dose of Coenzyme Q10 to 50 mg from 100 mg as planned in an effort to prevent mild morning highs. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but it worked. A few months ago I discovered that Coenzyme Q10 dramatically improved stability over Lithium alone. I started taking 300 mg of Lithium 12 years ago and over the years found it lost effectiveness.
