Managing a recovery with bipolar

By The Cairn Sunday, June 06, 2010

We have been managing bipolar disorder for almost 20 years and have written about experiences from both the patients and carer's perspective.  We have faced the symptoms of depression, self harm, psychosis - including delusion and hallucinations and suicide ideation.  We don't have answers or cures but have developed coping strategies to manage these symptoms along with the medication we take.  It is hoped that our experiences which we have written about will remove the isolation that the condition creates.  We write  we to offer hope and help with  the coping strategies we have developed to manage our conditions.  For further information on our books and work please visit http://www.thecairn.com

Take care and travel safely on your bipolar journey.
