My bipolar disorder has affected my relationshipwith my wife considerably. Its difficult for her to deal with my ups and downs. This was really difficult a few weeks ago when I was hospitalized. Yes there is feelings of hopelessness with this diease. I feel hopefullness often and when ot happens I go see my therepist. If the hopelessness in your life becomes too much you should seek help.
