      <title>All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.</title>
      <description>So, I'm new to the site ... and, well, new to bipolar. It seems to have hit me like a brick. At first, there was "The Great Depression" finding out the prognosis ... then relief set in. Not everyone thinks like this and there IS more to life. And now, I finally have an answer. Haha, there is no brown foam in my brain ... that, my friends, is exciting news. This, I can deal with.
