    Hi Judy,

It's so true that its the little things that make a happy life. I love having my little great niece for a sleep over. We have such fun. I have had a few snippets of my depression lately but fortunately it only hangs around for a short time. Its always a relief when you have a few good days. Sounds like you have a things to keep you busy which all helps too. You have some great strategies. I think I need some positive affirmations on my coffee table. I will work on that today. Best wishes and thanks for the tip. Rusty

Hey Rusty...Thanks so much for your remarks.  Know what you mean about those "snippets" - I've been struggling a bit of late, but am fighting the best I can.  Saw my therapist yesterday for the first time in 2 years.  She's like an old friend, a very kind and interesting woman.  Hope you are doing well.  Thanks again.  And yes, the little children add so much to our lives.  They've got life right.
