      <title>experience</title>
<description>i have lived with bipolar all my life so it is like nothing to me; i have known about it for about 8 years, and during that time i was bouncing around with mood&amp;nbsp;changes constantly.&amp;nbsp; now i have got the hang of it and have had fewer symptoms.&amp;nbsp; it seems like i have had every symptom in the book.&amp;nbsp; and all at different ratios and perportions.&amp;nbsp; i am still struggling with it however.
thanks
