All humans are capable... it's called lying and well... all humans lie to some degree or another, even you my dear.
It isn't just exclusive to drunks, drug addicts, or folks with Bipolar.
So... in that you profiled yourself as "interested"... what precisely are you interested in explicity relating to Bipolar Disorder, and not something that the entire human race tends to do on any given day or moment?

Anyone that is using street drugs and drinking alcohol "with or without bipolar disorder" has the capacity to accuse someone of doing something they didn't do.
Drugs and Alcohol can have adverse reactions to a bipolar or normal brain.
