We adopted a baby who, unbeknownst to us, was from a mother who used drugs extensively during her pregnancy. When our daughter was twenty she found her bio mother who was still a drug user. I have spoken to several adoptive mothers who have knowingly adopted children from drug users, and they are having a heck of a time. Is it common knowledge what drugs do to fetuses? I feel it caused our daughter to be bipolar. I just wrote a book about our unbelievable experience with this daughter who is now 38 years old. Of course, she was not diagnosed until early thirties! I would like to here from others like me. CarsonLagmanCreswick
