Hi!  This is my first time and I am not sure what a SharePost title is.  I am 52, and was diagnosed biplolar when I was 25.  Anyone who knows, knows it has not been easy.  I am feeling slightly depressed these days.  Although after some years of being misled and spending unnecessary time (years) in a locked unit, I am free today.  I have my own little place and am looking for a job.  Well, I have to admit I am not sure what to write, but I did want to try to make connections.  Thanks.

Hi

Welcome to the site.

I drop in here on occasion.

There is some good info and a chance to read about other peoples experiences.

It's GREAT that you're in a new place and will be working soon.

Keep HOPE alive.

I read an excerpt from the book Beyond Bipolar Disorder ( 7 Steps to Wellness. )

And it spoke of keeping hope and seeking it out through any means you can.

Picture in your mind hopeful situations and dwell there instead !

You are making progress even though it may not feel that way.

Take Care !!
