Hello, hoping to get the latest news on this drug. I was on several medications while in the hospital, of one which was Paxil.  I gained 23 lbs in 8 days. 

My then Dr. changed my med to Seroquel XR instead of Paxil, of which I take 50mgs 3x a day. I have gained 65lbs since late August 09.  What happens if I stop taking this medication?  I am also taking Seroquel 300mg, Trazadone 150mg, and Citalopram 20mg at night. I do not get sleepy when taking any of meds as prescribed. I just have a mellow feeling without anxiety and depression, and I am finally able to sleep at night.  I just can't gain anymore weight.

Any advise will help. I am currently unemployed and have no insurance so I have just filled my last meds until I can see a Dr. again.
