Two days of trying a new medication is too soon to see if it’s working and its weeks before you will actually see any results. I’m not for or against geoden but I do know that it takes more than two days to get through what I call the honeymoon period of your body getting adjusted to it.
The company that makes the medication says on the warning or side effects label that you may have narcoleptic malignant syndrome (NMS) if you experience a high fever, stiff muscles, shaking, confusion, sweating or increased heart rate and blood pressure.
What I will add is that every medication out there affects each of us differently. Medication X may be the new wonder drug and work well for me and have little to no results for you. The key is being open and honest with your pdoc to find the nest combinations.
