the window of what is safe and what is not safe, in the lithium blood levels, varies upon the individual and is quite small

 

what seems like so little to one, may be too high for another

 

I had toxicity once... became horribly sick and disoriented

 

I do not take it any longer... the daily diarrhea, lethargy, always remaining at the bottom feeling... and the weight gain just got to be too intolerable for me...
