Sometimes it takes me several hours to decide to finally do something.  Sometimes I'll get up early and tell myself I'm going to do some things, then I get distracted by something stupid (for instance, organizing pictures or facebooking) for hours on end, and I want to go hiking but I cannot get myself out the door.  I hem and haw forever and end up rushing out just to catch the last few hours of sunshine...

 

You're right, JUST DO IT.  Sometimes I'll pack for hiking the night before so that I just get up and GO.  I'll even get breakfast on the road so I don't fool-fart around at the house and get distracted again.
