I love this series on Action before Feeling, Marcia. Reading abouthow you implemented in your life and how it helped you get going when you're stuck is incredibly inspirational. It's very handy advice for everyone.

Hi Macia,

"Actions before feelings" is a good item for the bag of coping tools. It is, incidentally, similar to part of the Campus Crusade for Christ's formula for living a "victorious" Christian life-"faith before feelings." My biggest action before feelings is bodily exercise. I don't feel like going to swim, but I know the exercise will make me feel much better every day that I do.
